Delivery is free on orders over £200, and just £3.95 on orders under £200. Orders for stock items placed before 10am will be despatched on the same working day. At peak times there may be a day or two delay. Orders requiring embroidery will take an extra 1 - 2 days. Non stock items will be despatched within 3 - 5 days. Please phone for stock availability if order is urgent. All our goods are sent either Royal Mail First Class packet post, or via DPD for larger orders. Delivery is normally the next day, but this is not guaranteed.

Please enclose the packing list with a note to say if you require an exchange or refund (which will be less the original postage). Please note embroidered garments cannot be exchanged.
